Crew Bonus — Terms of Participation
1. Eligibility
Eligible participants are registered members with a verified email address. Excluded from the Crew Bonus are guest contributions, suspended accounts, imported (OSM) spots, paid host listings, and team members.
2. Credits
We credit €2.50 for each new spot that passes our review, and €0.50 for each approved photo added to an existing spot (up to 3 photos or €1.50 per spot). Credits appear first as 'under review' and become payable after approval and a 14-day holding period.
3. Payout
Once your available balance reaches €15, you can request a payout via PayPal or IBAN. Payouts are processed manually; for higher annual amounts we may ask for your name (and if applicable your address).
4. Reversals
We may reverse or withhold credits if a spot or photo is removed, rejected, identified as a duplicate, or flagged as abusive or manipulated.
5. No entitlement
There is no legal entitlement to participation in the Crew Bonus or to a payout. We may modify or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice; any available balance that was not obtained abusively will be retained.
6. Tax
Crew Bonus payouts may constitute taxable income. You are responsible for declaring them correctly in your jurisdiction.
